Avoca Customer Service
Issue: Boehm was approached to setup a customer service to manage client-rewards program.
Solution: We developed a program tied to their e-commerce suite that allowed clients to see their transactions, count and use points, and give them a unique creative experience into "The Mountains of the Mind".

Results: Avoca allowed the marketing department an easier portal to manage their promotional inventory, customers were able to control their experience and the sales climbed steeply.
