Bentley is a well positioned Real Estate Appraisal company. In
2003, they sought to organize their sales and marketing efforts
to lead them towards a national expansion.

and Marketing Plans were developed that focused on vertical integration.
By fostering relationships with heads of the organizations, H.K.
Bentley was able to expand by accepting more of their partners
already existing business. Vertical marketing also allowed collateral
materials and promotions to be effectively distributed from the
top-down.
H.K. Bentley already had a strong brand. This provided Boehm an
excellent platform to develop materials and promotions such as
an awards program, mouse-pads, calendars, jackets, Rewards Programs,
and Trade Show booths.
Results: Boehm
Sales program delivered more than 2 million dollars in track-able
orders. The marketing support effectively allowed H.K. to launch
a national service. In the appraisal industry it really paid
off to provide a value-added.
