Issue: CMg hired Boehm to help organize their sales and marketing initiatives towards their Fortune 500 executive clients, such as Dole, Mercury Insurance, and Parsons General Corporation.  Strategic support was also needed in conception and execution of a PR campaign.
Solution: Boehm re-engineered their sales model, materials and Contact Management System to provide the appropriate methods and materials to target, approach, inform, close the sale and maintain relationships.

Results: The sales model dramatically increased the sales response by over 50%.  CMg can now keep their sales efforts organized, consistent and appropriate to their audience.  Boehm conceived a PR campaign to the National Investor Relations Institute that has increased their national awareness and provided a highly targeted means to attract clients for, their core competency, annual report design.
